To help make sure your next rental application is a success, follow our steps in securing a rental property.

It should go without saying but filling out a rental application is a must.
Once you have decided which property you would like to rent, you will then need to complete a Tenancy Application Form provided by our office once you have inspected the desired rental property.

You will need to disclose some personal and contact details, as well as current and previous rental history information if applicable.
We require 100 points of identification, employment and income details for each tenant applying for the property.
Please make sure you have all the correct documentation to ensure delays will not be held on your application.

Please note that we may check the national renter databases as part of our application process. Our checks are simply to confirm that applicants are able to pay the rent on time, keep the property clean and damage free.

Part of our service is ensuring we let you know if you have been successful or unsuccessful with your application. There may be instances where you may have missed out on a property, however we will strive to find you another property which is suitable.
